I wear either 7.5 or 8 and based on reviews, I chose the 8. They fit perfectly and were very cute and comfy. Unfortunately they made weird squishing noises with each step.

I am a Born shoe fan! But, these are not up to typical Born standards! Snug when it comes to the width! Hurt my little toe! Horrible noise when walking in these! There’s not much support in the shoe bed! Couldn’t keep them on my feet!

These sandals are very comfortable. I usually wear 6-6.5 in most shoes, and went for size 7 in these, and it was perfect. They are soft, flattering to my foot, and don’t chafe.

I normally wear an 8.5 but the 9 was a perfect fit. Unfortunately they made an odd sound when I walked. The insole and my arch were just not the right match. Very nice shoes though.

A little narrow, a little small on me. Sized up a half size and was still a little narrow on my med-wide foot. Shoes wouldn’t stay on my feet and made a sucking noise when I walked. Returned. Loved the navy color however, and the cushion of the footbed. It’s hard to find those 2 things in the same shoe that is also cute and not granny looking.

The Born Freesia sandal has the most comfortable footbed I have ever felt in a sandal. Unfortunately the straps are too small in the width for my medium width foot; and, most annoying is the fact that between my foot and the arch in the sandal it seems to create some sort of vacuum when walking creating a terrible squeak when I walk. Unfortunately, I am returning what would otherwise be a comfortable sandal.

Amazing cushion /support /actually healed my pain! They do run small! I ordered a size up to a 7 for my 6.5 wide feet.

These were so close to being just right. They look beautiful from the braided straps to the footbed. Clearly very well made. Footbed is well cushioned and very comfortable. There were two deficits. First, I had to keep pushing my feet into the shoe for them to stay on snugly, almost jamming them in. The straps are possibly a bit too tight. Second, as other reviewers said, there is a loud, squeaky noise when walking in the shoe caused by the footbed rubbing against the straps where the two attach. If these issues were not present, I would have kept these beautiful sandals.

This sandal left me with blisters on the same day of wear with a 15-minute walk, unlike the daisy version of this brand sandal which has a much softer upper than the coarse braid.
