Raquel –
These sandals are very comfortable
Mariana –
I bought the 7. I wear a 7w and I expected this to be a problem, but my little toe sat in a way where it was still comfortable walking around my house. I could tell that the leather would stretch for me over time and it would be perfect. I bought the brown and loved it since I have tan skin and dark chocolate hair. It’s a little less dramatic than the Born’s gladiator sandal and it sits just below the ankle without rubbing the under side of the ankle bone. That’s a flattering height for me because I have small ankles and it shows it. Definitely sexier than a standard huarache or fisherman sandal and it looked great with every casual dress I own. I thought they might look a bit frumpy but they certainly don’t.

These are great. I kept the dark brown which really goes well with my latin skin and dark hair. This comes just below the ankle and doesn’t rub. It shows off my small ankles and brings attention to my legs without being as bold as my gladiators. Super comfy and cushioned with a sole that feels good and doesn’t look frumpy. I’m a 7w, so this required a little break in time to stretch out the forefoot. An average 7 would wear this all day out of the box. True to size and width. Very soft leather.

Love these sandals. They are a little wide for my B width feet. They are well made and comfortable.

These sandals were comfortable right out of the box! I typically wear an 8.5 but went with the 9 because I have a similar style in size 9 and they fit great. The leather is nice and I love the back zipper.
Jane –
A hair too narrow for my feet. I’m going to try the next size up, even though I have a 4 or 5 year old version of this sandal in the smaller size and have worn it to death.
This new version is tight on the toes, and a bit too narrow on the sides of my toes, but fit nicely on my narrow heels.

Very cute sandals, however felt a bit small in length so I decided to return them.

This is a beautiful shoe, but it did not fit my foot at all. The ankle area was way to big for me foot and I could have used a 1/4″ or so on the width.

I liked these sandals, but they were too loose on my right foot which is about a full size smaller than my left. Since leather stretches, I knew I
couldn’t keep them. Such a same. They are cute and comfortable.

I love this style of shoe and really wanted them to work. I’m an 8.5, normally in Born shoes I wear a size 8, most fit great right out of the box. These did not, they pinched in the mid section which is where my foot is widest (semi-flat footed w/high bridge). The upper material is buttery soft, but I was not confident it would stretch enough, so I ordered the 9. When the 9 arrived, out of the box they were too big/wide: foot slippage, not supportive, wider ankles. I think they would give me blisters from sliding if I kept the 9. Now I’m sad because this may be the only pair of Born shoes I really wanted that may not work for me.
