Opanka hand crafted construction with soft hand-finished woven fabric upper. Breathable combination lining of fabric suede and unlined sections. Features round, open-toe design and zipper closure at the back. Leather covered cushioned footbed with extra foam for added comfort.

I have a pair in suede and they look great and are so comfortable (always get compliments) Get them! In those I wear a 10 (I’m a 9.5, no half sizes), the 9 was too small. In these I ordered a 10 and they are too large. Not loving the look of this material, so back they go.

These are really cute and I wanted them to fit but they were way too long at my normal size of a 9 and I worried about tripping… Now I’m trying to find smaller size.

I purchased these new raffia-style Iwas because I already own a pair in suede and love them. My suede shoes were out-of-the-box amazing and are my most complimented sandals. These raffia style shoes are on trend, but they have a serious breaking-in period. They are not made of soft, supple leather like their predecessors. The material is stiff and scratchy, and I had lots of blisters/scabs after the first wearing. I’m holding out hope that they will soften up but as it is now, I can’t just throw these on and wear them and feel confident that I’ll have a comfortable day in my shoes.

These were a generous size 10. Totally flat and no arch support, not comfortable to walk around.

I really wanted these to work. I think the style is so cute. However, they were a little tight in the width and the back of them rubbed against my ankle. I was hoping they would be more comfortable and I could walk around all day in them. I didn’t think trying to break them in would help and I could tell a larger size would be too big, so I ended up returning them.

I read other reviews indicating these shoes run large. They didn’t for me. I have several other pairs of Born shoes in a size 10 and the 10 in this shoe fit me perfectly. I read other reviews indicating the material is stiff. This was not my experience. The shoes were soft and comfortable right out of the box. In fact, I’m about to buy a second pair in another color. These will be cute with casual and dressier warm weather looks and I’m glad I have them!

LOVE! If you’re a half size, size down. I’m a 9.5, and I ordered a 10, which were too big. I exchanged them for a 9, which are perfect, and the replacement came within a day. They fit like a glove, and don’t feel like they’ll take any breaking in at all. I bought them for an upcoming beach vacation, and I can see myself wearing them all summer long…may need to buy more colors/fabrics…

The fit on these pretty shoes was fine. The comfort of the material, however, is so awful I have to return them. Beautiful to look at on my feet, but couldn’t wait to get them off. The material was scratchy and very unpleasant.

Other customers said to size up however that wasn’t my experience. i am a true 7 1/2″ and I sized up to an 8 that I had to return. The 7 was perfect. Very comfortable and I have problematic feet that usually need alot of support and flats never work. These felt comfortable and are SO cute!

I tried on one sandal and knew they weren’t for me. The “v” shape on the toe and the back zipper area both rubbed when I took a few steps. Bummer, I really wanted these to be “the ones.”

Love these shoes! Thankfully, I have not had any of the issues others have reported with fit. They have not caused any blisters or cuts, and they are super comfortable. They bring me a ton of joy and I could not be happier!

This item is used. The bottoms are blackened at pressure points and the zipper on the right shoe does not function correctly.
