Soft leather, adjustable straps are the best (allow my bunions space)! Love the buckles. I would love a bit more cushion on the bottom, but these will be good for a day spent walking.

The Born Marston is a lovely shoe. Am returning because it is for a wider foot than a B/med. It really feels good on the foot but the Velcro on the straps is too short to properly fasten the shoe. The instep strap will provide sufficient arch support as the shoe is flat and has no built-in arch support but for a B foot it is hard to get fastened properly. A medium wide foot will really like this shoe.

I really like these sandals – they are very comfortable. I did not find them to be too wide as some of the other reviewers indicated. They fit me just fine – very comfortable right out of the box. Looking forward to the weather getting warm enough to wear them!!

I have worn this brand and love it. They are just what I was looking for but they don’t stay on my feet. They come right out with each step. I do not have narrow feet. Because of the wide band style I expected them to be perfect. I was very surprised they didn’t work.

Super cute style I couldn’t get them to stay on my foot when I walked. Ordered 8 and 9 since I’m an 8.5 slightly wide forefoot. They both fit, the 9 being slightly long and the 8 being slightly short but neither grasped my foot well enough to not slip off or feel unstable walking across the room. Had to send back. The navy is a nice darker blue as in photos though. They are adjustable but it didn’t help in my case. Not really sure why this was an issue or who it might work better for. Other Born styles in a 9 do work for me.

I tried both an 8 and a 9. I am a true 8.5, slightly wide forefoot. Both of these fit with the adjustable buckles. Unfortunately, neither would stay on my foot as I walked across the room. Adjusting didn’t help. They are cute, comfortable to stand in and the navy color was what I was looking for. A nice darker blue. Just can’t wear them. Both went back. ?

I’m sorry to say that I will be returning the shoes as much as I love the style because they are too uncomfortable to wear because there is no arch support

The size and width were fine. I ordered the navy blue in size 10 (my regular size is 9 1/2 M). I am in my late 60’s and the padding on the sole of my foot is wearing thin due to the aging process. The cushioning in this shoe is almost non-existent which will cause problems with daily walking. Sorry to say but I must return these cute shoes to look for another pair with a bit more padding on the bottom.

Wore them around the house no problem but after wearing them out I can’t keep them on my feet. They keep sliding and now I have a huge blister. Wish I could send them back but I didn’t keep my box. I would not waste my money on these shoes!!

Love the sandles !! Fine leather. Feel good on your ? feet! Would be perfect if they weren’t to wide for me feet!!!! Usually it’s the other way around. They are not a medium width. Sooo sad ? . I would walk right out of them!!

I was looking for a less summery sandal for our often warm Texas Fall weather, and these are perfect. Not too summery, yet I’m sure they’ll work great for summer months as well. In typical Born quality, they’re comfy, true to size, and a great all around sandal. I love the fact that they’re adjustable as well.

Loved the look of them. Bought the navy and nice but had to return due to the positioning of the straps and metal buckle pinched the top of my foot when when I walked. After walking around my house a bruise developed.

Too wide and zero padding. What happened to Born shoes?? I have bought their slides before and have lived in them all summer long. These were not comfortable.

I liked these more on the website than I did on my feet – returned. What I really love are leather uppers AND soles, which are so hard to find anymore. Bernardos are still my favorites – ALL leather, great styles, comfortable (usually), with a nice round toe shape; classy but not too expensive, IMHO.

This is wonderful “upgrade” from the Birkenstock classic… just not quite as refined-looking on my foot as I’d hoped. I’ve returned them already (thank you Zappos for your quick and easy process) but I recall that the 2 straps are adjustable, for a perfect fit. Nice quality, reasonable price.

Very large details. Did not hug my foot on the sides, so my foot would slide around in the sandal. The top of the sandal does not look like leather and has a marbled look to it.
