These are cute, comfortable for me out of the box and run pretty true to size. I have flat feet and I feel no arch support in these at all (I usually feel like even moderate arch support because it presses on my arch.) If you really need arch support, you might not find these comfy. The style is pretty basic. The reason I don’t want to give these 5 stars is that they are very cheaply made. There is a bunch of excess glue where the shoe meets the lug sole and the edges are very sharp around the ankles, so much so that I can probably only wear these with socks protecting my skin. So, that limits the way I can wear these in terms of looks. Otherwise, these will probably get you where you need to go and not hurt.

I love these boots, just had to return because couldn’t get the fit right. The European sizing 37 for a 6.5 is the same as a 7 even though they offer a 6.5 in the brown color it was the same. Beautiful leather. Did not notice any shoddy construction per a previous reviewer. No issues getting the boot on/off like with other Chelsea boots I tried. Super comfy spongy interior. Didn’t feel like true arch support but it was so comfortable inside that I wanted to keep them. Beautiful rubber lug sole. Waiting for a 36 in black and will try again.

I just purchased these so I haven’t worn them much, but they feel really good out of the box, and look like they are very well made. A high quality leather boot that is fairly streamlined.

I wore these on a trip without having a chance to break them in, and they were really comfortable right out of the box. This style has a slightly higher, cushiony feeling footbed/outsole than a suede pair of Born Cove boots I already own . The Cove ones are also very comfortable, but for winter walking on uneven pavement, steep hills, etc these Verona ones were really great – better than I expected. Thin socks get pulled down, but regular weight socks were fine, and my feet were warm in mid 30’s-40’s degree city walking. Luckily it didn’t rain when I wore these, but I did spray some kiwi suede/leather waterproofer on them before my trip and had no issues in slushy sidewalk conditions.

Comfortable right out of the box. Wore them out for a couple hours for dinner to test them out. Wore them with very thin mesh socks. Wore them the next day for half a day with thin cotton socks. Could feel where they were rubbing a little bit but no blisters or sore feet! I feel confident they will mold to my feet soon. Leather is nice and I put mink oil on them before first wear to help protect and waterproof them.

These have an extremely comfortable foot bed. I have over 30 screws and 4 plates in my ankle and these are very comfortable.

It is a nice style but what the … The 3/5 is because the back loop should be larger so you can put a finger in it to assist with pulling the shoe on, otherwise why is it there at all? I think the shoe runs a half size to a full size smaller. We should know what the Euro size is as well as the American size to assist with correct sizing. Size 9 feels like a EU 38 or 39. Probably a eu 39.

Love these! Walked around the city for a day with no rubbing. Of course, my feet were tired but I wasn’t limping at the end of the night. Beautiful brown color. Fit true to size as Born does. I don’t wear a heavy sock though. Pretty easy to slip on and off. Love!

They look and feel quite cheap for the high price point. I was very disappointed because I expect more from Børn. They are going back.
