Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Please include all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Shoes should be in unworn condition with original soles intact.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and process your return:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If this isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that show signs of wear
- Products with damaged soles or scuff marks
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Products that have been customized or altered
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
Important: While we offer a diverse range of footwear including Boots, Clogs, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Shoes, and Sneakers & Athletic Shoes that might be tried on indoors, we cannot accept returns if the shoes show outdoor wear or damage.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same 15-day policy. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
